Community is the key to Recovery. Community support providing comfort through sharing, learning, and navigating the journey of mental health recovery. Living Grace Group is a curriculum-based support group for those living with a mental health difficulty or disorder. Preliminary research through Baylor University Psychology Dept. demonstrates that LGG’s reduce symptoms, enhance recovery, and restore personal faith.
